First, your students make their model of a rat out of the colourful parts. Then, they build the rat and then add the organs to the model.
The model can be used look at the anatomy of the major body systems. It covers the circulatory system (heart and major blood vessels), respiratory system (lungs and trachea), digestive system (mouth, oesophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, rectum, pancreas, liver), excretory system (kidneys and bladder) and male & female reproductive systems. It can also be used to show a pregnant rat.
