Show the details of glycolysis with our interactive model

Glycolysis is one of the most important and ancient biochemical pathways know. Teach your class the molecular rearrangements that underpin glycolysis with our paper model.

Buy once, print forever!

Perfect for use in class or for distance learning at home!

Your students first make models of atoms out the colourful parts. They then use these to work through the 10 steps of glycolysis. They will see how the hexose glucose is gradually broken down into two pyruvate molecules producing ATP and NADH.

The investment and payoff phases are clearly seen in this interactive models. It is suitable for more advanced students and either all of the steps can be modelled or just some of them.

A simpler model is also available. Click for details.

Includes colourful class Powerpoint!

Takes about 30 minutes. Dimensions: glucose 25cm/10in wide.

Download includes: instructions, templates and class Powerpoint presentation

All you need: paper, scissors and tape.
